Visit to Nagarjune Sagar Dam

This sunday the 9th of December 2007 I went to see Nagarjune Sagar Dam and associated places. I was accompanied by Manas Karmakar ( Manas Da) . We took a bus from Hyderabad MG bus station at 6:30AM and reached Nagarjune Sagar at 9.45AM. It is almost 165 km from Hyderabad. We took an auto to the Launch Ghat and took a boat to an island which was well decorated by APTDC. There was a museum in that island contaning 3rd-4th century AD buddhist artifacts.The launch ride was enjoying as we were passing through beautiful land scapes and placid blue waters of the reservoir.After returning from the island we hired an auto and went to Etipotala falls just 18Kms from that place. There was 2 water falls and the place was picturesque.We boarded the return bus at 3:50 PM and was back in Hyderabad by 9:00 PM. It was a memorable week end.

Today the 2nd December 2007 we made a visit to Chawmohalla Palace near Charminar in Old Hyderabad. It is in a small by lane near the over crowded Charminar and my friend Rana faced a tedious task to negotiate traffic . We reached at 4.00 pm and were spellbound by the palace and artifacts kept there. The fountain, images of Princes NILOUFER (Princess Niloufer Khanum Sultana) and weapons of yester years were fascinating. We entered the durbar hall which had magnificent chandeliers .The clothes and furniture’s used by the Nababs made us speechless. When any one visits Hyderabad this is a place one must visit.

Traveller Bodhisattva - In Medak Church

I have already mentioned that I like to travell to different places.Recently I paid a visit to a church in the Medak district of Andhra Pradesh. The church is located 120 Km from Hyderabad in the district head quarters of Medak. We went in a Maruti Zen of one of my friend Rana [ the bald head man ] which was driven by our own formula 1 driver Mitul [ the other guy with mustach ]. Rana's wife Dolon and my room mate Samrat accompanied us. The Church was constructed in early 20th century and it took almost 10years to build.The church contains beautiful arches and magnificient window panes on which Jeasus is depicted in picture. It has a big seminar hall and the Father was kind enough to allow us to take pictures inside church which is usually forbidden. It was a sunday afternoon and the sun was just setting down. It is a picturesque spot as u can see in the pictures. We left Medak in the evening and the drive through the jungle was a memorable one.

One of my most loving hobbies is Photography.I love to take pictures of both men [ offcource beautiful ladies r favourites ] and nature. I love to travel to different places and wherever I go I like to take as many pictures as I can.I always like to utilize my vacations to go to different places of visit.I hope to travel all round the world if God permits.I will paste some of best pictures taken by me so that u can get to know about my skills.

Passion for Bikes

Riding bike is my passion, as all men have a liking about cars and bikes I also have. And in near future I am going to buy a 350cc bike..any guess what it could be ? I have a driving lisence of driving LMV and I really love to drive whenever I get a chance to do so.Else I ride by bike which I have been riding since 2000.

This is Bodhisattva Mukhopadhyay . My nick name is BINTU. I was born in the steel city of Durgapur in West Bengal ( INDIA ) on 24th October 1980.As a kid I was very mischievous and all naughty ideas came in my mind almost instantly, and hence the justification of the name of this blog.

I studied in D.A.V Model School Durgapur from KG to 10+2 uninterruptedly and without any break.Then I joined Vidyasagar College in Kolkata under Calcutta University in the year 2000. I graduated in Science in 2003 and then in 2004 I went for MCA in Bengal College of Engineering and Technology in Durgapur. I completed my masters in 2007.

WORK LIFE : Joined CMC Ltd in August 06 as a I.C.Trainee but didn't enjoy the job 4 a long time since the pay packet was negligible.So left the job within a few months and in Jan 07 joined Interasoft Technologies better known as 123Greetings.com in Kolkata as a Search Engine Optimizer.As I had already bagged a job in Accenture but the joining date was not known so working in 123Greetings was more of waiting. Still I learned the job fast and within a few months I felt I was not learning anything new and really got bored of the mundane work.I left this job in May 07 and since joining date of Accenture was on july I took a break from work and went home.Now I am working in Accenture ,and my domain is SAP ABAP.
